Are you a new patient and looking to make Printer’s Row Pharmacy your go-to pharmacy?
Get started by completing a New Patient Intake form and contacting your provider’s office to send your prescriptions to us. Don’t have a provider, not a problem. Get access to providers by accessing My Physician 360.
New Prescription
Just ask your doctor’s office to send your prescriptions to Printer’s Row Pharmacy, either electronically or via fax.
Current Prescription
We can call your current and/or old pharmacy to move your prescriptions to us. Click here to request your transfer request.
